Honestly I find Clever & cunning MC tag misleading, I read the novel up to chapter 5, I find his intelligent kinda lacking, It would have made perfect sense if Mc was a 10 year old kid but adult man acting like a female character from h*ntai anime is really hard for me to watch.
But still the novel has potential, maybe MC will become mature

This ones concept interested me, as Iβd been looking for a good gender role reversal novel for a whileβ¦ and I tried to read it, I really, really tried. Unfortunately, getting past chapter 5 is a damn struggle for me, to the point where Iβve now dropped it. I donβt particularly enjoy fully powerless protagonist, even if theyβre somewhat βrealistic.β Iβd at least want them to grit their teeth and glare til the end, even if theyβre absolutely terrified, as I feel like them going down with some anger in their eyes is better than nothing.
22 chapters in and the story isn’t interesting for me, MC is realistic but as in his a dumbass and him tongue kissing the girl when he knew he couldn’t persuade her and she has a power that disables movement after that he gets raped again for not telling since his tongue was disabled he couldn’t talk.
Okay yall need to review this better: just saying the mc acts like a girl and is frustrating, or some random scottish priate accent doesnβt tell me much.
Ok here’s a short summary/review.
The MC is sent to a gender reversal world where every woman wants to force herself onto him, and most do.
The MC is awful. You know how there are web novels where the MC is super OP and super smart and everything goes according to plan? Well this is a web novel where the MC is super OP, except that he’s super dumb and nothing goes according to plan, when he even has a plan. He can travel back in time without consequence, and yet he doesn’t use this power once in the first 20 chapters besides a test run because he just doesn’t think about it or doesn’t think that it’s the right time to.
The plot so far consists of him being kidnapped by a woman, being drained dry by that women for days, and then another woman happens upon him and kidnaps him. I’m 33 chapters in and there has been no progress towards some greater plot or quest, although one has been hinted at. The MC isn’t trying to progress the main quest he’s supposed to do, because he has literally not been free this entire time and isn’t even sure as to what his quest actually is.
So far, the only reason to read this is if you like crazy women, and the best heroine with the most screentime so far is a bandit with a Scottish accent.
tl;dr Frustrating MC and random Scottish pirate accent is actually a very apt review of it.
