MC is trying to implement the army structure to his world, so the divisions might be like this from what I just read:
1 squad = 10 soldiers
1 platoon = 3 squads = 30 soldiers
1 company = 3 platoons = 90 soldiers
(There will be an extra 10 soldiers added to make each company 100 men)
Ranks:
Private – (individual solider)
Corporal – (2nd in command to sergeant)
Sergeant – (leader of a squad)
2nd Lieutenant – (leader of a platoon)
1st Lieutenant – (leader of a platoon and 2nd in command to captain)
Captain – (leader of a company)
