so basically, if i get this right, charlotte sees a future where during the terrorist attack at the republic, the president got very badly wounded.
the president blamed this on luthers so that the president can no force luthers to plan a war on the republic. luthers has no choice to agree, but he only if he’s on the front lines.

Because of this for some reason or another lea decided to start committing suicide (there’s a line that says that lea attempted suicide for the 5th time)
a biological disaster (aka monsters) occurred, so now the red cross brigade went to help and the rebels truced with the government to fight them
president decided it was too dangerous, and basically bombed the whole place (while the red cross brigade was still there), leaving only karin surviving from the brigade
president then appoints arwen as the new commander of the red cross brigade, and because of this and that it causes her to return to the graveyard, which she gains back all her memories. i think she meets up with charlotte (maybe it’s lea) and charlotte/lea says to arwen that “we must never be happy sister”. goes depressed/insane
The republic of bostania then sent it’s nuclear missiles to the 5 major cities of the empire (the empire thought they had no weapons of mass destruction), and humanity basically ends
lastly a half dead luthers shows up, with half his faced burned off or something. he reveals that it was charlotte that “orchestrated all these futures”, and that she “betrayed him and sold him out” (sounds like a clingy bf cannot lie).
luthers was then like “i regret letting you live” yadda yadda ya, and then said “so die with me” and then started chocking her

Karin didn’t survive during the bombing, Luthers did, that was a line said by Luthers asking Karin to open her eyes if I remember right, cause she was dead. The burns he got are because he got wounded by the bombing. Other than that everything else you said I am pretty sure if pretty much correct other than you didn’t mention that the President is the one who orchestrated the terrorist attack that got him shot.
