I feel bad for Skar because like he said, it’s basically human sacrifice because I doubt that anyone will volunteer to be a “hole” (cof cof toy cof cof) for the barbarians so it will be rape, and whoever he choose will maybe hate him (maybe not because the city did a deal and he is just dragged to this) and of course he will not choose his friends o acquantices.
Well, the proposal got rejected. The only reason these people went to see Skar was due to the proposal directly naming him in the first place. Though had the proposal pushed through, it will be like you said. Whether or not the proposal is accepted though, being named alone will put him on people’s radar (if his other shenanigans hasn’t put him there already).
